Admission Requirements
The Air Force Academy admissions process consists of a Pre-candidate and a Candidate phase. The Pre-candidate phase begins with a questionnaire that opens on March 1st of a student’s junior year. This is the beginning step in the application process, and the deadline to submit this questionnaire is December 31st of the student’s senior year - the earlier the better!
Once the Pre-candidate questionnaire is completed, the student may become an official candidate and the admissions office will provide a Candidate Kit with instructions online. Our primary focus at this stage in the process is to ensure your competitiveness. This process will be meticulously detailed and explained thoroughly during our many sessions!
